Healthy Pineapple
and Coconut Kulf

  • Hung curd: 1 cup
  • Ripe banana (finely chopped): 1/2 cup
  • Pineapple (finely chopped): 1/2 cup
  • Tiny pieces of the soft white part of a tender coconut: 1 cup
  • Ensure® Diabetes Care: 3 scoops

Mix the ingredients gently and evenly using a spoon. Fill this mixture in kulfi moulds and freeze for three hours, or until set and enjoy!
