Guilt-Free Quinoa

  • Quinoa (soaked overnight): 1 cup
  • Skim milk: 1.5 ltr
  • Ensure® Diabetes Care: 5 scoops
  • Green cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Toasted almonds, and raisins: for garnish

Boil the milk and stir continuously until the volume is reduced to 1/2. Boil the quinoa for 10 min in this milk. Remove from the gas stove. When the kheer is still warm, add the cardamom and the Ensure® Diabetes Care and mix properly so that there are no lumps. Garnish with almonds and raisins before serving.
