  • Oats (soaked for 10 min): 1 cup
  • Moong dal: 1 cup
  • Oil: 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp
  • Bay leaf: 1
  • Dried chillies: 3
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder: 1.5 tsp
  • Ginger paste: 1 tsp
  • Salt: according to taste
  • Ensure® Diabetes Care: 3 scoops

Add oil and roast all the spices till in a pressure cooker. Add the dal and then the oats and pressure cook all the ingredients (except the Ensure® Diabetes Care) with sufficient water. Switch off the gas and add the Ensure® Diabetes Care at the end.
